1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using stormcouncil.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Website. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use following revisions constitutes acceptance.
2. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, violate any laws, harass or threaten other users, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, interfere with normal operation, copy or distribute content without permission, or use automated systems to access content.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website—including text, images, audiobooks, video, graphics, and original materials—is the intellectual property of Robert Pudlock and Onda Nexus Group and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may view and read content for personal, non-commercial use, print pages for personal use, and share links to the Website. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
4. Book Purchases
The Website includes links to third-party retailers where you may purchase Storm Council books. When you purchase through these retailers, you are entering into a transaction with the retailer, not with Storm Council. The retailer’s terms govern your purchase. All payment processing is handled by the retailer. Issues with purchase, delivery, or refund should be directed to the retailer.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Website and all content are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm Council and Robert Pudlock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Website.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any legal disputes.
7. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Storm Council regarding your use of the Website.
